Dave started Spin Modern agency from his kitchen table on July 4, 2015. After making a small website that morning, client calls started coming in and he took his first sales appointment that afternoon, skipping a barbecue for a sale. In five years he amassed over 500 new clients from 46 states and 8 countries. He loves to change people’s lives through sales. Dave has a degree in Graphic Design, from TCC, Art History from Old Dominion, and has attended Regent University for his Masters in Communications. Because he loves learning and teaching.

Laura Nadeau (aka Lo) relocated to Virginia Beach 8 years ago from NYC to be near her family and is enjoying life as a makeup artist and spray tan guru in Hampton Roads. Lo’s makeup artist career started in NYC when she was an actress. After working with Spin Modern Advertising on production shoots, she decided it would be fun to work with Spin Modern on a more permanent basis. She is experienced with working on video shoots and client communications, having over 35 national television appearances as an on-air beauty expert. Laura has a passion for advertising and loves to make sure our clients are successful and happy with our work.

Dylan received his B.F.A with a Graphic Design Concentration from Radford University. Dylan has been a part of the Spin Modern agency team for 7 years. He stays busy creating websites, designing graphics, and managing various daily operations. When he is not busy designing and maintaining websites at Spin Modern, you can find him spinning records at home with his two cats, Lemon and Clementine. He’s an avid collector of records, CDs, cassettes, and vintage film cameras. Most of his spare time is spent digging through crates at record stores, thrifting for cool collectibles, or creating art!

Originally from England and now a longtime Virginia Beach resident, Liz brings a strong background in marketing, sales, and client relations to the Spin Modern team. She holds a Business degree from Old Dominion University and has completed advanced studies at The Academy of Art, combining creative insight with practical strategy. Liz enjoys meeting business owners face-to-face, learning their stories, and helping them grow through smart, effective marketing. Outside the office, she stays active through horseback riding and fitness, and enjoys time with her 16-year-old daughter, Hayley.

Tim’s path into creative leadership didn’t start with single lane — it grew from ability to communicate visually and connect ideas across industries. With foundation in design and marketing, developed for turning complex messages into clear, resonant visuals. Over years, he worked across automotive, hospitality, healthcare, real estate, and tourism, building campaigns that deliver results. His expertise spans graphic design, video, web, social media, visual communications, allowing to lead projects from concept through execution with cohesive vision.

Michelle is a Google Ads Assistant at Spin Modern, specializing in digital advertising strategy and design. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Creative Advertising and a master’s degree in Experience Design from Virginia Commonwealth University, blending data, creativity, and playful innovation to help brands grow in meaningful ways. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys creating art, playing video games, and exploring her passion for streetwear fashion.

Trinity supports daily operations, ensures smooth communication with clients, and keeps the team aligned by tracking feedback and progress. Currently pursuing a degree in Communication Studies at Old Dominion University, she brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a thoughtful, people-focused approach to her work. Outside the office, Trinity enjoys reading, exploring new food spots, and spending time with her friends and family.

Originally from Poland, Zaneta brings background and international experience to Spin Modern. Trilingual in Polish, German, and English, she values communication and relationship across cultures. Her studies include Textile Design, Cosmetology, Music, and Criminal Justice with concentration in Forensic Science, where she earned Summa Cum Laude honors awards. Zaneta has worked in beauty, hospitality, logistics, public relations, court reporting, model agencies, while dedicating time to volunteer work. Outside of work, she enjoys books, conventions, video games, movies, learning new things.
